Please save yourself headache and money and avoid Alexander's Suites at all cost! They list their suites on Booking.com for a "price for 4" and then try to charge you almost 50% more upon check in when you have 4 people. This hotel absolutely does not conduct business properly and rely on deceiving tourists who have no other choice when they arrive on Santorini.

Located in Oia Village Santorini, the rooms are literally cave rooms built into the cliff with roomy balconies, a small hot jacuzzi and beautiful Caldera views. Breakfast is limited options but still good an fresh none the less. Jacuzzi can fit only 2 people max and water temperature is maintained warm. Rooms are uniquely designed with vintage furniture, stone bed frames and soft mattresses with pillows, and vintage doors. Depending on the room, the shower size can vary. E.g. Double room had a bigger shower than family size room. Stay is comfortable and room is well heated during winter. Only downside is the long sloping steep stepped walks, but other wise pretty great place to stay. The marble walkway to the shopping center and restaurant is also not too far away from this location.

I recently stayed here with my adult daughter on the vacation of a lifetime! The location cannot be beat. It is far enough away from the crowds but within easy walking distance to all of Oia’s beauty. The rooms are very traditional cave style rooms. There is an incredible view from a shared terrace with a hot tub. We did not mind this at all because we met a mother and her daughter who were staying in the adjacent room and they were lovely people. The reception guys are incredible! If you need anything at all, you just pick up the phone and they will accommodate right away. It was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you Alexander’s Suites for a wonderful stay!

Hotel is located right on the Caldera cliff next to the main road. So no disturbance to the view. Main walking alley towards Oia starts in just about 300m so, easy access to famous photo spots. There is a restaurant located on the opposite side of the road. It is open till late and food is reasonably priced. A room upgrade to a cave house was offered to us for free. Breakfast was arranged in the open area outside the room. This area offers fantastic views over the caldera cliff, sea snd surrounding islands. Taking breakfast here is fantastic. Breakfast was good too. Cave house was a diffrent kind of accommodation. But unavailability of a window to get the sea view was a drawback. Room was equiped with old but graceful furniture. There were plenty of plug points to charge devices. Tea coffee making facility available. Mini fridge available. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room too was clean and comfortable.
