This hotel is a scam. My flight was canceled and I contacted them to see if I could get a refund or change the date. They were no help at first. Later after lots of phone calls and emails they decided to give me a voucher. I tried to use the voucher but no one ever responded to my emails or text messages I sent with the dates I was trying to book. I would ask everyone to stay away from this place as they are scammer business.

I highly recommend staying here. Yiannis is super friendly and warm. Everything about this place is amazing, from the car arrangements to the hotel itself. The location is perfect, very short walk to the main attraction, the room is clean and spacious, and the shower is very comfortable, as the pressure and temperature were both perfect. We also had to book a transfer for leaving and they helped us book one during midnight. We felt so welcomed the entire time, and will definitely be coming back in the future. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t stay here.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was exceptional. The rooms are comfortable the shower is brilliant and the location in excellent. Huge huge thanks to yiannis for all his help and advice he literally went above and beyond for us and and made our trip so enjoyable we will always remember him as a truly great host! The views are not of the caldera but we preferred that as was much more peaceful at night would definitely stay again without a doubt. Always treat others with politeness and respect and you will see the benefits thank you once again Yiannis/Paz.

I cannot recommend Alapada Suites highly enough! Our stay at this charming, family-owned business was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, Sotiris and his mother were the epitome of outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. We stayed there last summer when my wife and I got engaged and after the airline lost our bags they both went above and beyond (calling in a favor to make sure my wife was able to get her nails done before the proposal) to ensure we had the best experience. One of the highlights of our experience at Alapada Suites was the delicious breakfasts we enjoyed every morning. We were treated to an array of greek dishes made from fresh ingredients, some of which were grown right in their own garden. Sotiris and his mother also proved to be excellent guides during our stay. They took the time to understand our interests and preferences, and their recommendations for activities and restaurants were spot-on. Thanks to their insider knowledge, we discovered hidden gems and enjoyed unforgettable experiences throughout our trip. Their personal touch made all the difference, we had the best fish of our lives at Amoudi Bay. If you're looking for a place to stay in Santorini, Alapada Suites is an absolute gem. Their care and support made us feel like we were part of their extended family. We hope to go back again soon and wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island - we enjoyed many poolside chats with Sotoris and his mother, thanks for the memories!

Yiannis Gkorakis from Aplada Suites was a fantastic support for our 24 hours stop on the Island. Not just that he is highly connected on the Island and therefore arranges you everything in a second, he also spreads the good vibes - which makes your stay unforgettable. The place is obviously amazing and I would definitely book it again. The image shows the sunrise and the rest you are going to experience by booking this accommodation. Love to you, Alexandros
