Been here before, a lovely well equipped apartment central to all activities. Lots of swimming pools dotted through the conplex. Very well set out, access to the beach down a steep path! Easy to get to Albufeira old town. Coastal resort, with hotel or self catering apartments. Free parking in site. Lots of entertainment during the day and in the evening. Lots of choice for meals, local restaurants nearby or use a delivery app and get it dropped off at your door! Can use the sister resort across the road if you wish. Decent mini supermarket with fresh rolls and croissants etc every morning. ATM on site. All in all, a great home from home.

👎🏼 not the value you get for what you have paid. we arrived at the evening of Xmas eve & at least thought they have complimentary tea at the room. but hey, receptionist told us We need to buy tea bags 😂😂 & guess what, nothing is working, so we had to drink tap water & starve 😂 service is awful, so think about it 100 times while considering to come 😁 other than the location & beautiful beach, there is nothing here. rooms are so old, worst i have ever experienced. the only good thing about the rooms, they have all the cutlery needed to cook.

A location like a lovely painting. Sea view, 5min. to the beach (walking). In addition, a botanical garden is along the way to the beach! Very good restaurants and bars.

Absolutely fantastic holiday, kids loved the Pools, they weren't heated but it was so hot it was fine once in. Very clean hotel, excellent self catering rooms. Supermarket over the road. We eat in the buffet a few times, am veggie but fabulous choice. Separate section for the kids too. Very friendly, helpful staff. Cannot fault and an excellent price. Would love to return.

When we arrived, they gave us two very smelly rooms, smells like something was newly painted. Aircon didn’t work, back door cannot be locked. Then we complained about the rooms, the lady works in the reception didn’t even apology, she questioned us why not complain earlier, which was very rude. But, the good thing is that they changed rooms for us. The new rooms don’t have wired smell, which is good. But for one of the rooms, we saw one big cockroach, one big spider and some other insects. We were totally shocked and forgot to take photos. We also booked Christmas lunch with them, it supposed to start from 2pm, but the first dish was started from 3pm. We stayed there until 5pm, 3 hours! It was still not finished:( the food itself was okay. Location is ok A few swimming pools, both indoor and outdoors. One playground and one waterpark for kids. There are some very friendly staff there, but also have two very rude staff, the service was not consistent.
