It is definitely the worst hotel I have ever visited in my life. Upon arrival they charge me a security deposit of $40 (200 Ringgit) and tell me that they will return that money to me at checkout. (I have my doubts about whether this is legal). On the day of departure, the receptionist refuses to give me my money back. This is not going to end like this. I will take the necessary legal measures. On 2 occasions they have not cleaned my room. Very bad breakfast. Very poor quality food. Unpleasant and uncooperative staff. As a 5 star hotel it leaves a lot to be desired. I have known cleaner and better attended backpacker hostels (Room 601)

This hotel is cheating. Never ever stay there or book there. 1 hour before check in they canceled our booking because of invalid credit card. This is impossible since we paid with exactly this card a few days before and the card is only 7 month old. They offered us the same room for over 50% higher price. Incredible staff there and really criminal attitude. I recommend everybody to avoid these criminals!!!

From the review wrote from others before, i was a bit sceptical to book this hotel. Turns out it was great and awesome hotel with a good receptionist helping me check in and check out. Recommended

I'm booked 1 unit Studio King thru Agoda. The room condition was ok for me. Got a large bed, large bathroom, & nice aircond. The only upset for me is tv channel; not clear. Alia Premier KLCC is share with Maya Hotel, n share same car park. RM10 fee are charge for the park. Best place to go from Alia Premier is just by walking like Suria KLCC, KLCC Park, Saloma Bridge. Easy to eat as there many foodstall , restaurant n cafe.

Stay away from this hotel. I have my worst experience staying at this hotel. Ask for RM 200 in cash for deposit and if not pay in full before check threathen to lock guest in room and cut power. Beware if the supervisor at the reception named Zizan Mohamad claimed from afghanistan. This guy act like gangster with no manner in language communicating with guest and keep calling in the middle of the night asking to pay the remaining of the deposit while guest negotiate to pay the next morning since stay for 2 night and already night time during check in. Please be considerate with the guest and offer alternative since not all people carry RM 200 cash just for deposit.
