Upon arrival at 14:30 the desk worker said that since I had not answered his phone call a few hours earlier on Whatsapp or email message from the original booking, he had already gave our booked room to someone else. He then offered a budget 3 person room with a shared bathroom for a $5 lower cost, but he demanded I cancel the previous booking first. Bathroom was continuously dirty and the seat was broken off. Very shady business practice by this hotel, and definitely not deserving of its currently high ranking.

The rating should be below 1, extremely bad staff, smelly rooms. They don't even have a drinking water. Don't go on high ratings for this place on google, it all looks like paid ratings.
