Everyone was very helpful and nice to accommodate all our needs. The rooms are clean and nice. The building is a little older, but it is kept nice, just as the gardens. The location is great if you need to go to the convention center, but is is a short 1km walk from the tram, and 500m away from a bus stop. Overall great!

So dirty room, no room service for cleaning, all cover and towels not cleaned at all, Internet is disconnected always, The problem that online the pictures are wow and reviews is like paid for it. The views from the window look like you aren't in Bordeaux, which is like the worst view ever (people's sleep in the street in tend and a lot of trash everywhere, I had a problem in my first day with the recipient because of the boiler was rusted inside and so dirty and when i ask for another one she took it from me because it's illegal and I can close the hotel if I call the police for them after she said use the casserole for making hot water like we leave in 19th century. Water doesn't pass when you take a shower. I will not recommend it for anyone. Also, the problem that I didn't find any hotel had a family room.

Absolutely disgusting rooms. The floors were definitely not clean and were sticky under my shoes. The smell inside the room and in the hallways was horrendous. I could not stay more than 5 minutes inside, and definitely could not work there at all, so I had to go find another hotel to stay in. There were big bugs everywhere. The headboard of the bed was dirty and there was random stuff inside the closet. It’s also the worst location in Bordeaux, and did not seam safe at all. At least, the staff was kind enough to cancel our reservation without any charge, but that hotel seriously needs improving in cleaning and maintenance of the rooms.

Stayed for one night as solo traveller and glad i only booked for one night, the reception staff was friendly but the studio was not clean, there was spiders and spider webbs, my toiletries were not replaced and i took a shower with no foam, the walls were very dirty, the AC was not working and there was a fan sitting there for a while, the taps in the whole studio needed a good rub as extremely sticky and looking dirty, the floor was dirty as i had to wipe my feet before going to sleep, furniture quite depressing to look at, i will say the bed sheets were at least clean. During the night lots of noise at the hotel it was past/around 12pm and there was people playing music, people what it seemed cooking, and could hear almost all the conversations outside the hotel and in the corridor. The surrounding area is NOT safe! Specially if you are a female solo traveller. I won't advise anyone to stay at this hotel! And for what they charge you can find something much better.

Staff was nice and helpful for our late checkin. Location was ok, not in city but easy to find, also a reason for cheaper price. The surrounding looks horror but that’s nothing to do with the aparttel so this is not counted in my review rating. Upon entering block b there was very strong unpleasant smell like wet sweaty shirt smell. The room was dirty with sands on the floor, no fan no aircond (but aircond was showing available on website), many dust on the cupboard in bathroom, only water inside soap dispenser and there wasn’t any soap, the corridor has no lights or the lights damaged. The bathroom and the sleeping room is basically just 1 layer of thin plywood away, when someone taking the shower basically in sleeping room can hear very loud noise like you’re in the bathroom, this noice insulation has to be improved. On the positive side the beds are clean and they provide sufficient towel. The room was really way too far from expectation and I don’t agree with many reviews here saying “you get what you paid for” or “it’s ok for this price” because I’ve been moving around Toulouse and Bordeaux in 2 months time changing several aparttel and this one was the most overpriced for its quality. It’s cheap, but it’s overpriced for its quality.
