Stayed here for 3 nights and booked an extra 7. It was such an amazing hostel with incredible staff. Big shout out to Margot who was an absolutely amazing worker. Along with her other great co-workers. Great recommendations. Have so many amazing memories at this hostel. Very clean and tidy hostel with comfortable beds! Thank you to everyone at the Whoo!

As noted before, unfortunately there’s no AC and no talk about some other ventilation system can help that if it’s 30 degrees during night. Also, while the location itself is not bad directly next to the Cite du Vin, it is not directly in the center. Nevertheless, 4 stars are deserved as the hostel is clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating

Spacious, nicely furnished and modern, I had a comfortable stay here. I liked that the female dorm room I stayed in had it’s own private bathroom, and that there was lots of storage- everyone has a drawer under the bunk and a separate locker with it’s own code. The staff were very helpful with giving recommendations and I loved that there was a hostel cafe that opened late in case I wanted a snack. The only downsides were that you need a 15-20min commute on the tram to get to most touristy thing (but luckily the tram stop isn’t far away) and I wished the bunk drawer allowed locks.

This hostel has everything you need for a good price. The rooms are very well equipped, you have enough storage space for your luggage and they are also really clean. The common area is very large and cosy, there is also a large terrace where events take place from time to time. You can buy drinks, food and snacks at the bar, but there are always plates and cutlery available, as well as a microwave if you want to eat other things. There is no fridge, however, so you should keep that in mind when you buy something. It is also possible to do laundry, which costs 3 euros per wash. There are also dryers, but you don't really have the option of hanging up your laundry. The location of the accommodation is not in the city centre, but it is very easy to reach by tram (the tickets are not very expensive) and you still have everything you need nearby (supermarket, restaurants, etc.). The staff are all very friendly and happy to help, the customer service is amazing. I felt very well received and absolutely comfortable during my stay.
