I've come back to this hotel multiple times, and it's always been a very comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is top-notch; very convenient to explore the inner city of Dublin. The breakfast offers a varied selection of food and starts relatively early. Most of all, the staff is exceedingly friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented. Allowing flexibility with the car valet service, dinner from Tenter's pub, and generally being helpful with travel tips, they've made a great stay excellent. Special props to Damian from guest relations, who many guests will get to acquaint with!

Can't remember this hotel enough. The staff were so accommodating and friendly, and the food and drinks were amazing. The rooms are stunning as well, very spacious and well arranged. I look forward to coming back again!

I am tardy in writing this review however this hotel and its staff made our visit to Ireland very enjoyable. We arrived at the Dublin airport 3 hours late due to a delay and with missing bags. After another delay we were able get our missing bags, get our rental car and head to the Aloft hotel. After unloading all our luggage the one thing we could not find was the key to the rental car. I looked in the car, under the car, in our backpacks, you name it and no darn key. The two gentlemen at the downstairs reception were so kind and considerate and told us go upstairs, check in, relax and don't strass about it. The car is fine where it is until you can get an extra key. We did as they suggested and after getting to the room I was just getting ready to call National Rental car and explain what a dummy I was and I need an extra key when our room phone rang and they told us they finally located the missing key under the car. We were so relieved that they found the key and very appreciative not only of the effort to find the key but how kind and considerate they were when we were exhausted and stressed out. Nice facility, nice location, however the staff are the star of the show.

We had a great stay at the Aloft! Our room was so spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff was excellent. They provide water which was so awesome because many places in Ireland it is hard to find water. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Our room stayed cool at night considering the warmer days while we visited. The gentleman on the first floor greeted us and took our luggage due to issues with their system checking customers in. The only downside is it is a distance from most main attractions other than Teeling. If you do stay here, plan on paying some taxi fees to get around.
