Best midtown/chelsea hotel I’ve stayed in. AMAZING DOWNTOWN CITY VIEW!! Room is well thought out with ample space. Super comfy king bed. Mini fridge and water is included and restocked daily! The maid service was great as well. All around 5/5 hotel no complaints. All the 1 star reviews are from people who booked it before it was opened and the hotel delayed grand opening. Not an actual review of the rooms or services.

Stayed here one night on Thanksgiving eve. Everyone at the front desk was super nice and welcoming. The room was nice with big windows. The size of my room was decent. You will hear some noise from the street but this is Manhattan. Nothing to complain.

BEWARE. Stay at your own risk. Stayed here from Dec. 27-29. One hour after checking out, our card was charged an additional $500. Management accused us of stealing the Bluetooth speaker in the room, which we did not. We simply placed it on the floor so my spouse could use the bedside table for his c-PAP machine. We have called three times, spoken to management, and management continues to insist we stole the speaker. And I suppose they are accusing us of lying about it when we call as well. So, if you don’t want to incur random exorbitant charges, plus, extremely incompetent staff, stay away.

Likely the worst service i have ever received at any hotel. First, this is not a Marriott - none of the amenities offered by Marriotts are offered here for elite members. Second, I checked in at midnight and they gave me an occupied room!! There were people sleeping thay jumped in horror as i entered the room. When i came back down distraught, they acted like it was no big deal, did not even apologize and almost blamed me ("well you checked in online"). Horrible experience. Almost surreal how bad the service here is. I havr stayed at over 100 Marriott properties and this one is by far tge worse. Please stay away.
