The location of the hotel its perfect in itself, adding to it the clean white sand beach, nice pool and thermal water. View is breathtaking, with its beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The food is delicious and well prepared, with many choices for everyone! The staff would benefit from learning better English though!

Me and my family came here to stay for 2 days, I understand the hotel is old and has been renovated but the decor of the rooms were really bad, especially the wooden floor parquet, I would rather prefer a mat for a more warming feeling than how cold it looked. The rooms also did not feel clean at all, there were hand marks left on the wardrobe and etc.. The foods were variety but the taste was not so good (most food needed more salt, especially those like zeytinyağlılar). As a person with a strong sweet tooth, the desserts could have been better and the baklava that was presented should have definitely been higher quality regarding that this is a hotel representing Turkish culture. Finally, I would like to suggest to put the showers closer to the seating areas at the beach.

Hey all i came on 31/08/2023 Paid a handsome amount before coming and booked the place to have a good time with family but the spa place has miss management, i made the reservation before going there and when i went there they said there is no reservation on this name, my whole day went because i have planned accordingly and the spa services are very bad. So guys be aware and don't pay before coming, Most important is my time that won't come back and i will suggest others to not to waste. Worst services oF SPA

My mother and I were driving around searching for hotels during off season and she happened to mention the iconic Altin Yunus Resort. It’s by far one of the best resorts where we stayed and an exceptional value. If this hotel were situated in Miami it would cost at least $1000 a night. The rooms were spacious, clean and modernized. Although there were no ocean view rooms left, we had a wonderful room with a terrace overlooking the gardens. The waterfront terrace overlooking the marina was absolutely breathtakingly stunning. We enjoyed indulging in some of the best desserts and gelato while watching the sunset and the sky turn beautiful colors. We socialized with other like minded guests. Their breakfast and dinner buffet is by far the best I have ever had the pleasure of tasting in my entire life. They provided an extensive array of local Turkish cuisine for guests to sample and the menu changed every night. The wait staff and dining area staff are extremely hard working, attentive and go above and beyond to accommodate guests. Please don’t forget to tip them. The most incredible part of this resort is that there is an amazing beach just steps away with a bar, restaurant, pool, and children’s activities. The beach is crystal clear aqua color where you can see pebbles and sand. There are beautiful, luxury villas surrounding the beach. The wait staff were exceptional in the beach area. They have thermal spas, a sauna, a Turkish hamam and complete spa services that rivals major cities. FYI don’t forget to bring a swimming cap to the thermal spas otherwise they won’t let you enter. The hotel is centrally located to Alacati, Illica Beach, shopping, restaurants and clubs. I kept extending my stay because I didn’t want to leave. I would definitely return again but try to book a beach front room because it’s well worth it.

We have been visiting Altin Yunus every year for almost a decade now. We visited other hotels around the area and went back to Altın Yunus each and every time. Cleanliness and hygiene is very important to us, which this hotel is definitely a five star... Moreover food is always most delicious 🤤 at the restaurant overlooking the bay, awesome view.. I used to own a catering business in New York City, so believe me in this review. Their restaurant deserves more than a 5 star review. Spa and its ancient mineral bath is not only helpful but most enjoyable and very clean. I visit many other baths during the year, achieved quite an experience... All personnel is very well trained, friendly, happy and helpful, never had a bad experience. (I worked at the onset of another 5 star palace hotel in Istanbul, so trust me in that, too). Last but not least, I would go back to Altın Yunus without hesitation, which I already do several times each year.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
