Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional! The staff, notably Zeynep, was super friendly and went above and beyond, making our experience memorable. The massages and Turkish baths were the best we've ever tried, the food was delicious and the thermal bath added to the overall fantastic experience. Altogether, we had a lovely and worry free time with family. A big shout-out to Zeynep for her terrific job in helping with the room upgrade and hosting us. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories.

We has an amazing time here. It was our honeymoon and upon arriving, we had a bit of an issue with the air conditioning not working but the staff were very good at trying to resolve the issue. A special mention to Tulin in the restaurant who was very attentive and a complete sweetheart. Also to one of the chefs who made us lamb when we told him we could not eat beef. What a gem! Overall an excellent stay at this luxurious hotel. Sea is very close and staff very polite. We will come again.

The hotel is located near Alaçatı at a location basically called Ilica and is right next to a radisson blue hotel. It’s got a wonderful view of the sea, has a private beach, and several outdoor pools for children and adults. They also have a small water park which I believe should be free of charge for hotel residents but within the 5 times we went there, the guy at the door asked us to pay twice that we didn’t pay because my Turkish friends talked to him. But they probably charge foreigners who may not be able to speak Turkish. The restaurant at the hotel is quite nice and pleasant. I loved the breakfast and the staff at the kitchen are very friendly. They also provide an indoor pool which you can use if you don’t like to go outside.

Very old hotel, personally to me it’s a 3 star hotel, definitely not 5, was here for 5 days, got food poisoning for the whole trip after having my first dinner here, spent the rest of the holiday in my hotel room. Rooms aren’t 100% clean, they do come to clean it but noticed floors are still always dirty if you walk bare foot, don’t even think they mop or anything. Again, biggest issue was the food, I shouldn’t have to spend the rest of my holiday unwell at the hospital. Since writing this original review above, found out it was indeed salmonella, was a customer of this hotel for several years, but as mentioned above it is a very old hotel now, and very unhygienic, was hospitalised for 3-4 days with salmonella, throughout my whole stay I was unwell after having my first meal here, their kitchen and hygiene should be checked thoroughly and they should be shut down for this as it is not safe or clean, save yourself from getting unwell and avoid this place at all costs, not worth it.

This hotel was one of the most fabulous hotels I have visited, the hospitality gives you the feeling that you’re in your home. The rooms are clean and wide enough that you can you stay all the day in it, but you will not because you want to have the hotel’s experience out side your room, there are many activities that you will love to doing them such as swimming and lying under the sun for some tans, if you have your children with you, hundred percent they will have fun and excellent experiences in “kids club” the activities of this club start from morning to evening with much variety learning activities with fun. The experience in food is amazing the breakfast and dinner menu are changing daily with traditional Turkish and international food, you will love this experience that you will not forget it. Also, the hotel provides a quite interesting event in the evening with the Turkish songs which also suitable for kids. I externally recommend this hotel if you decide to visit Cesme.
