Arrived early at this hotel (last hotel was not so good) The decor at this hotel is very well thought out and everything works together, it really is lovely. Hotel staff gave us a lovely welcome with refreshing drinks provided on arrival, they checked us into our room quickly. We were upgraded to a family room which was spacious, very clean and tidy. Bathroom was also spacious, we were only there one night due to having to stay nearer the airport on our final night but wished we had found this place earlier. The location is great, it is also right next to the Bitexco financial tower. Breakfast had a lot of choice, with various stations. If you need washing done, this place is excellent, they washed, dried and pressed our clothes to a great standard.

This hotel is a dream! From the very first step into the hotel you feel very welcomed. It’s smells so good & clean. Everything is decorated so well! They have a rooftop with a pool, sauna & gym. The location is also great. My favorite part was the breakfast. Delicious & diverse fruits, spring rolls, avocado, sweets, egg station. It was by far the best breakfast buffet since a long time!

It's a authentic boutique hotel with beautifully appointed lobby and room. The room size is a tad small but comfortable. I felt that The highlight of the hotel is it's breakfast spread. Each and every dish is well presented,tasty and genuine local cuisine, with so many options. The location is attractive, quite near to the bustling walking street and good restaurants. Don't know about the day staff because we were out during the day, but Kudos to the night time staff for being so amiable and helpful. Loved the experience

Might not be the biggest hotel but is definitely one of the most beautifully decorated boutique hotels. Family room is a good size. Location is short distance to walking street, Takashimaya and other attraction points. Grab is convenient. All staff were very attentive and friendly. Always greet with a smile no matter what time of the day. Daniel especially will always make us feel welcome. Our 4 days stay entitled us to a number of free laundry items. That really is a nice touch! We did have some issue with the pre arranged pick up transport at the airport upon arrival, however staff were efficiently dealt with the matter when it was brought to their attention. Good selection at breakfast, do miss some good bacon though. They were very accommodating for us to extend our stay a little longer due to our late night flight. For the location, price and service, I will come back again.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of nice things to do in the surrounding area. The staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. They really made our stay the best. They even helped us to get to our grab and carry our luggage to the street. The breakfast had a great mix between vietnamese and Western style foods, which was perfect for our mornings :) The hotel room had a great size and the shower was super refreshing after a long day in the city. We really liked the comfortable bed too, we fell asleep very fast. Thank you Amanaki staff for all you did to give us a great stay.
