My wife and I came to Phuket for part of our honeymoon, and while we are excited for the rest of our trip, I can confidently say the Amanpuri was a highlight. The staff was incredibly helpful, and always prepared to address any question, issue or concern. The amenities, from the sauna and steam room to the consistent attention to detail in the rooms made it so easy to go about your day, doing whatever you desire. Little buggies can run you all around the resort, from the breathtakingly beautiful gym to the front gate if you feel the need to leave the property. Each evening, the restaurants overlooked the water while there was some sort of show, whether it be fireworks or fire throwers! And, who can complain about spending all day on a perfectly manicured beach in temperate waters? 10/10 recommend, and a special shoutout to Olivia who spent time sharing with us her myriad experiences with Aman; she has convinced us to spend some time at Amantaka next. Onwards we go!

We had a super lunch here! Beautiful resort. The staff was very friendly gave us interesting recommendations about the food with every course served on the table. The seafood curry has the best taste ever.

With all confidence , I can say one of the best Hotels I stayed in. A Oasis’s in the middle of Phuket, from the moment you step on to the property you feel all the weight , stress is dropping from your shoulders. The Staff is going beyond to make your stay unforgettable , I sadly had a small stomach bug (which i had already)but the inhouse nurse , did everything she could to make me feel better. The Hotel staff is always there but not in your face which is very nice. The Hotel Gym is just wow - Spa amazin, The Restaurant 's are fantastic. I am a very hurd judge , but here i have nothing to complain about. And if the wallet allows , we will be back !

The Amanpuri is easily the most breathtaking property to lodge at in Phuket, however for this price point it's expected. But the breathtaking views is where it ends. The service and staff are poorly trained and inexperienced. Very cold and unwelcoming whatsoever with a rude tone, which as a guest should never experience , it is ruining the whole experience. During my visit I also found hotel guests complaining and arguing at the reception stating how your policies are unusual that we as guests aren't allowed to snorkel or do any activities and most amenities aren't available during their stay. Today, Aman lost a client and not any client but a loyal client that consistently talked highly about the brand by recommending their hotels to family and friends. This was my third Aman, and by far, the worst.

We planned our baby moon at Amanpuri, we aimed to cherish a special moment before we become three. From the moment we arrived in Phuket, the staff ensured that every tiny detail was meticulously looked after. The hotel itself was an exceptional experience, going above and beyond to make our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. They even thoughtfully provided a pregnancy pillow to ensure a good night's sleep. The team was exceptionally polite, and the overall comfort was carefully curated. We extend our gratitude to Aman for providing us with this "place of peace."
