Room was excellent...Clean n well maintained.. Thai way of life for tourist I guess. Location wise, a 15min walk (my pace) to nearest facilities. Feels safe. Security guard present at night. Resort service, no restaurant or cafe inside resort, need to order grab for resort dining. There is a motobike /car rental shop just behind the resort which I think is necessary(to rent one) to enjoy the town n beaches nearby.... Overall; excellent place, quiet. Take note, this was in Sept, not the peak tourist season from Europe. Peak season is dec/Jan.....

The air conditioning and electricity problems marred our holiday. The staff especially at night is casual and disinterested, they can't understand English at all, thus compounding the problem. The facility certainly needs to be managed more professionally

We stayed at Pumeria for 13 nights in a 2br with our Toddler and everything was great, pool cleaned 3 times per week and room cleaned daily (if you wish). It is a small walk to the beach or quite central if on scooter/motorbike. Staff spoke English well. This accom was perfect for what we required for our stay. Make sure you check out Origami cafe a short walk away for breakfast!

Great villa with one of the best pools we could find in the villa options around bangtao area. The location is perfect, 400 metres from the beach which is far enough for it to be peaceful and then a 3 to 4 minute scooter ride to laguna and all that boat avenue offers. Staff are fantastic and can’t help enough, security on site every night also. If you want to do longer trips to Patong, chalong or anywhere else they can organise a driver. He’s fantastic! Waits for you at each location you go too and is very helpful. He even helped us get to the airport via some back road shortcuts as we made a mistake with our departure time, life saver! Rooms are serviced daily and pool cleaned regularly. Highly recommend.

The resort is comfy and nice. But the location is quite far from town area. Because of that, the environment is quite peaceful and quiet. The private pool is nice but can found inserts on the pool after over the night. The staff is very helpful as they will help to clean up everytime when we requested. They also have deep cleaning schedule for pool 3 times a week. Thumbs up to their service. The staffs are friendly and nice also. The breakfast will be served in the room. Their breakfast serves main course, toast, fruits, milk and fruit juices. One downside is the room is not sound proof, can heard the music playing on the next room. And the bathing water flow is not so strong. Overall, it's a affordable and nice private pool resort in Phuket. Last but not least, thanks for their decoration for our wedding anniversary. Their decoration not just on the bed, but the whole room including bath tub..so sweet of them. Thank you
