Staff, service, and breakfast were fabulous. The staff deserve five stars. However, our room was disappointing. The shower had no curtain, so the bathroom floor got soaked with every shower. Also, our air conditioner began leaking during our stay, and it dripped onto our luggage.

We arrived late at night and the check-in was smooth and quick. The room is clean but doesn't have a closet. I didn't know how to turn on my shower and they helped me at 2AM. The breakfast was Indonesian food which I don't know, so I ate omelette.

This was our second time staying at Amaris Juanda, Jakarta. As usual, we were very pleased with everything here. The beds are always very comfortable and the service is excellent. Thank you, AHJJ.
