The staffs are quite friendly. And they upgraded my room to premier floor, the room very big and maintained enough The breakfast quite delicious and kids also like the swimming pool. I forgot my phone at the reception, I called the staff. And the phone still there. Also they offering me late check out until 2 pm.. Thanks for Accor and the Novotel hotel Gajah Mada..

Room was a little bit old, need to renovate. The pillow was very comfy. The room was spacious. There is sofa and working chair in the room. The swimming pool and gym was small. The traffic was so heavy and crowded because there was MRT construction, when i got sleep, sometimes i could feel vibration in the room because of the construction.

This is our first time here, online pictures doesnt match the actual image. the room is dirty and smell. Our bedsheets has stains all over. Room smells moldy, carpet between the bed and the bathroom is all soaked left it smells moldy. Sink and toilet are dirty. Breakfast is horrible. Customer service is good, that's all. Won't come back or recommend to anyone.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The service was top-notch, with staff who were like friendly ninjas, always ready to assist and anticipating my needs. The room was clean and comfy, with thoughtful touches everywhere. But what really blew me away was the huge swimming pool and the gym that puts the other hotel I stayed at to shame. I had a blast in the pool, and the gym had an amazing selection of equipment. This hotel definitely knows how to combine excellent service with fun amenities to create an unforgettable experience.

Unlike previous reviews on Superior Suite, I found this room almost perfect (minor issue and quickly solved by engineer). Located in 22th floor, the view in the evening was so amazing. And the lounge for afternoon tea is right in front of the room, the host let me to bring the snacks and drinks inside the room. I really recommend Superior Suite of Novotel Gajah Mada.
