I don't know if I would choose to stay here again. Pros: well located next to a really cool ancient church under a modern hotel. Near all attractions and many hip restaurants. Wonderful room cleaning twice a day. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Nice cappuccino machine at breakfast. Cons: tiny shoebox rooms, showers that leak and spray water everywhere, nowhere to put anything in rooms, broken windows so very loud next to the busy street and sometimes you could smell the cigarettes from people smoking below us. No top sheet so very hot under big comforter. I didn't sleep well because the street was loud till 2am or later and then the walls and doors are thin so we could hear housekeeping start at 6am. Nowhere to hang out... No seating in room or lobby. Just a bed and a shower kind of place. Price felt high to me for a tiny unattractive room. Suggestions for improvement: provide top sheet, fix leaking showers - doors don't close fully), add many hooks and shelves to room and bathroom so there is a place to put things, toothbrush holder on mirror in bathroom, start breakfast at 6 or 6:30 because many people have to leave before 7 for out of town tours (two days of our stay we could not eat breakfast). The box breakfast provided was a great idea, nice packaging, but very unimpressive food- could just pack better food in them. Can you make the rooftop useable space?

Our experience at Amazon hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location is fantastic - so close and walkable to all of the big spots. Breakfast was delicious. Room was incredibly clean and the staff was so helpful to make sure our stay was easy. Would definitely come again!

Located in the heart of Athens, this hotel is walkable to all the major sites. We had a family room and it was a great size. The kids (13 and 10) each had their own twin bed while my husband and I shared a queen in a different part of the room. Plenty of space and a nice big bathroom with 2 sinks, a waterfall shower, and a nice selection of toiletries. We booked a room with breakfast included and the breakfast was average - cereal, yogurt, eggs, and some local specialties. Front desk staff was nice and helped us book a taxi to return to the airport. Upon arrival we rode the metro from the airport and it was a short 5 minute walk from the metro stop. My only complaint being in room 101 was all the noise from the kitchen during breakfast service. All the clattering of dishes made it tough to sleep in. There was also some noise out on the street, but I think a higher floor would be quieter. Overall, clean, comfortable rooms and a great central location!
