The hotel itself was fine, the rooms were good and clean and beautiful. The hotel was tidy and put-together and the foor was decent just classic hotel food. But the location... our view out the balcony was a scene from a horror movie, drug addicts, robberies, fights, trash, homeless people it was just horrible. The enterance to the hotel is okay but the area is unsafe

The hotel complimented our memorable Athens tour, provided a bespoke accomodation and service that exeeded our expectations for a 3star hotel. The amazing staff were the stars, Basilli, Carmela and Othella providing all assistance and catered to our requests with all smiles. Breakfast spread did not disappoint. The hotel has balcony which gives us sunshine in the morning plus a cool wind as winter is coming.😇 As for the safety, we never felt threatened as we stayed out of dark places. Overall, the hotel and our stay was ENCHANTING! We will definitely recommend.

Next to a road of drug addicts, this hotel isn’t bad but far from the best. Was hoping for a bath as I’ve been in 37c all day, they don’t have bath plugs so no point even having a bath in my room at all . The key fobs need re doing daily complete annoyance when we are on 3rd floor having to go down daily to sort the fob out . Staff fairly friendly water is cheap

The rooms were comfortable with decent amenities but a little tired. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They have a restaurant on site which does a good breakfast and pleasant buffet dinner which was super convenient. The neighborhood was a little rough with an alleyway beside the hotel that is noisy and where it seems, a number of homeless people sleep at night. This is why I gave a 3 star for location because otherwise it is located well near to a number of tourist sites and to the metro.
