A very nice transit hotel in an extremely convenient location. The rooms aren't huge but for a short stay they work well. Air Conditioning was individually controlled and seemed to work well. We didn't bother with food (included in room price) but the menu was varied so I'm sure there's something for everyone.

A great option for a longer layover and you need a clean, tidy private space where you can sleep, refresh, shower and just relax. I had a 15 hour layover and stayed here - was excellent. Its not the Ritz but then they don't claim to be. Comfy beds (if a little small, I am 186cm tall) and I managed to get 8 hours sleep with ear plugs. I'd stay again in a heartbeat for any layover longer than 5 or 6 hours.

Everything is good except the food. Lunch and dinner same menu it means that morning cooked food untill night.. I had a food poison and high temperature.. I had the those smelling broccoli. When it's comes to food just 1 star. Food should be improved. Please do not play with passenger health a kind request

Nothing beats an airport hotel when you are jet-lagged and tired after a 16 hour long flight from the US (West Coast) to Singapore. We were lucky to get a room by walking in. It's best to book ahead as it's usually fully booked. The price is reasonable given you don't have to do immigration and taxis. Also, hotel check ins are usually after 2 pm so if you arrive early in the morning, this is the best option you have to get rested and fresh. Lastly, a bonus to this place is you get one free lounge meal.
