This is a fantastic transit hotel. They've come up with a brilliant way to make a very small space feel cozy - and even a touch romantic. Great price and great service. Staff are extremely helpful and their patio is a great viewing platform for the Jewel mall. One suggestion, rethink placement of refrigerator/bagel oven/coffee along the patio counter. Present placement stacks up the guests all on top of each other when there's a bit of a crowd. Not a big deal at all. Just a suggestion to reach perfection. YotelAir does a fantastic job!

I booked this hotel knowing it was close to the airport, it was really convenient because it was only about a 5 minute walk from the airport to the shopping mall that contains the hotel. They called their rooms cabins which aply describe what they are since they don't have windows. They are small with a queen size bed, a full size, walk-in shower, a bathroom, but really well thought out to make you see the space. I rented mine because I had to check out at my hotel by 11:00 a.m. and my flight wasn't until 11:00 p.m. because it's connected to a very large mall, you won't run out of things to do while you're staying there, the mall is really awesome. I think I even liked it better than the mall in Dubai. Every kind of high-end or low end type of merchandise, plenty of food, etc. Well worth the $120 price

Expectedly, the room was really small (10 m2). It was a cozy resting experience, though. The fact that that the head of the bed could be tilted upwards was somewhat unique, considering the budget level of the hotel proper. The amenities provided were basic, at best. However, the bed sheets and walls had stains on them. Evidently, they weren't cleaned thoroughly. The staff were professional and helpful to a point, albeit lacking in warmth and a friendly disposition. All in all, it was a decent stay - the trump card is the hotel's location. Nestled within the heart of Jewel allows guests to explore the labyrinthine halls of Jewel and the 3 main terminals. You can even hop on a short bus ride to the nearby Terminal 4.

We just needed a few hours to rest and shower before our next flight so I did not have high expectations for a room and was prepared to pay a certain amount since it’s located inside an airport. The downside was the cleanliness of the room could be better. There was not much ventilation as well. There was still a bit of hair in the shower from previous guest, god knows how clean the bed is. I saw the the hotel employees which I believe were the housekeeping team, a bunch of teens playing a fool and joking around and another housekeeper was on his phone instead of cleaning when I walked past the rooms. Express checkout was a breeze, you could just drop off your cards and go.
