Cancelled flight, on vouchers. Clean, basic, acceptable as emergency needs. Staff friendly and efficient and professional. Food very , very basic. Would need to be very hungry, OK after a 12 hour flight. 7_11 store on the lot. As well as a medicinal cannabis store.....take your pick.... equal benefits !!!!!@@@

Rooms are mediocre at best but my biggest complaint is the nearly 90 minute wait outside in sub-freezing temperatures for the shuttle and being told over and over again the shuttle was on its way when one of us standing out there waiting would call to ask about it. The hotel is only 10 minutes away. There's no reason other than they waited till they had a completely full shuttle before they came out to pick us all up.

Is good, close to the airport, there are several Uber delivery options, the staff was efficient and has free coffee. The decor is… questionable, but is a clean, comfy place, so, is good.

After calling a shuttle back from the airport. The front desk associate on Dec 25th, Christmas Day, decided to not inform me that I just missed a shuttle after waiting in the cold for 20 minutes. I called back and and her comment was “oh yea when you called you just missed it, he’s dropping people off”. She then hung up. Terrible customer service. Will never use this hotel again

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS AS AIRPORT PARKING!!!!! Not only did they leave me stranded at the airport in the cold for over an hour, the lot was completely full when i arrived to park and I almost missed my flight trying to wait for someone to move their car. The staff is very aloof as well and really did not seem to care or want to address the difficulties I had. Most horrid experience to go though after a red eye. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
