Overall, the hotel was fine. I needed a place to overnight between flights and it was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the free breakfast wasn't until after I'd left in the morning. That's understandable, but the biggest issue was the airport shuttle pickup. The front desk just said "yes, we have a shuttle every 30 minutes." I went out to the shuttle pickup area and waited. And waited. After forty minutes I called. I was told they'd be there in a minute. After an hour had gone by, I asked a different shuttle driver. It turns out that there is no shuttle saying "Ramada." Instead, you need to find the "Western Hotels" shuttle. Great. I had seen that go by before. After another 20 minutes or so, I see the shuttle again. It turns out that it's still the wrong shuttle. It's such a big airport, there's two opposite side pickup areas. I made it to the other side, 25 minutes or so later it arrived. It was intensely frustrating that the clerk hasn't given clear instructions in the first place. His annoyed tone made it clear he didn't have time for questions anyway, but I wouldn't have even thought to confirm those details. Sigh. Longest review yet.

Stayed in Room 214. Toilet blocked and we had to unblock ourselves. Room got too hot over night. Check out at 11 was good as we'd had a 16 hour flight to get there however there was someone trying to get into our room at 8.15! Breakfast was great. Diner across the road was great.

Good motel near DIA. Check in took about two minutes. Our room was perfect for us. The Diner across the street was good and filling. Location is important and Denver International Airport is about ten minutes from the motel. We will be back.

I booked this hotel because it has an airport shuttle I was at the airport last night at 4pm trying to get a hold of the front desk to request the shuttle. I was on hold for an hour and a half. When I finally arrive at the hotel the room they put me in had stains and stuff on the sheets and pillows. Then I called to see if I could do a late checkout and they said the latest on is 11:30 when the original checkout is at 11 but I said it would be fine. When 10 am comes there’s a knock on my door and the housekeeper asks me when I’m leaving I told her 11:30 and she said hmm make that 11. She was super rude. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The service for the shuttle was horrible. The drivers were rude and argumentative. We called the hotel and was told to wait and it would be there in 20-30 minutes. We waited over an hour with numerous others. They finally showed up after an hour and there was no room for us. We had a handicapped woman in a wheelchair and she was a diabetic. The driver said he had been by three times, which he had not. We ended up having to get a taxi which cost us $60. Do not stay here
