Stayed for one night. The wobbly lift is very dilapidated from 1960s, feels very dangerous to step in. The rooms aren’t soundproof, if there’s a chatter in next room, you’d hear it. The shower is just unnecessarily complicated. It does everything from playing a loud radio, turn on extractor fan. The one thing it doesn’t do is shower 🚿. Couldn’t find the way to dispense water, had to leave without showering as I was getting late. More than that, saw a little bug crawling on the wall. And found a lice on my neck next morning, not sure if it can be attributed to the bedding and linen. Overall, location wise a good deal.

Rooms are dirty, and the smell in the restroom is terrible 🤢. Things are either broken and don't work or in bad shape. They lock the main door and the key given does not unlock the door. You will have to call and wait for them to come and open the door for you. The front desk person will try to make you feel stupid as if you don't know how to unlock a door. Will also pretend to exchange "keys" their key with yours. Staff is very rude. I don't recommend it.

Terrible experience with the room and desk clerk. The lock for the door to the hotel on the fourth floor is trash. The desk clerk admitted that it does not work and that he needs to fix it but would not. Once we were stuck in the hotel while he attempted to pry open the door with a screw driver. Another day we had to wait on the stairs for him to arrive because the doors would not open again. He tried blaming our ability to unlock the door with the keys he gave us but we lived in Italy for 3 years and know how they work. His lack of professionalism, dirty shower, and broken toilet flush is why we will never stay here again. The room also smells heavily of raw sewage.

Bad experience..please don't go there! In March 2022, the room was cold and the heating did not work.. Old hotel. Bad smell in the room. The sounds were heard everywhere, there was no privacy.. Don't be fooled by the good location of the hotel! .. We spent one night in it and we ran away from it the next day, although I booked for three nights, .. He refused to return any amount, and the strange thing is that he canceled the reservation in Booking app and falsely claimed that we did not checked-in !! to prevent us from making a review in Booking app.
