An interesting place but not magical, it's a great place to spend a night and go on with your day.. room was good and clean and the service was ok as usual to any 5 stars hotel. Location is amazing if you have a car or someone to take you out but going solo is not recommended because it's near by the university of Jordan, so the place is amazing I think if the university is on but not nice at all if it was a holiday.

A First class experience! From the moment you arrive staff are welcoming, friendly and personalise your experience. From porters to breakfast staff and reception the service is simply outstanding. I arrived very late to the hotel yet reception were still able to book me a day trip to Petra with a great local driver early the next morning. The breakfast is very large and caters for every taste. The service in the restaurant is impeccable with friendly staff showing me all the available options and bringing me beverages. Rooms are clean, modern, air-conditioned and have all the amenities you could ever need. The public and swimming pool areas are also very tasteful and well kept. Overall a fantastic experience, I can’t wait to return!

Lovely hotel with excellent clean rooms. Bathroom could have been a little bigger as it seemed quite small. The room we had was a very good size for two people. The lobby was neat and well decorated and the pool area a good place to sit. The pool was on the small size. Breakfast was really nice and the restaurant was beautifully decorated with very friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast time however was very short. I would stay here again.

The best hotel in Amman, Jordan, without a doubt. It really deserves it's 5 stars rating, for the review as well. At great rates also, especially if you book in advance. Plenty of parking spaces, high security, everything screams high quality and good taste. The staff isn't an exception either: very good English language skills, kind, thoughtful and always smiling (not the fake smiles, but the "I really like working here" smiles). Especially Yara, the hotel manager, who guided us herself to our upgraded room (free, without asking 😁). Really clean, spacious rooms, with solid furniture, smart Samsung TV (!!!) and a spacious, squeaky clean bathroom. The hotel is also in a good neighborhood, with less traffic (trust me, it matters a lot, especially if you rent a car in Jordan). The breakfast was one of the best we ever had, with plenty of options - local and international cuisine, for all tastes. Make sure you try the local desert, a mush made out of toast, dry fruit, milk and honey - oven baked. I had seconds, and I never do 😅 The outdoor swimming pool and the gym are very nice as well. All in all, make sure you stay here if you are visiting Amman.
