Absolutely fabulous. Very clean, well decorated suite. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely spacious shower with excellent pressure. Wonderfully quiet. All of this and in a really central location. Everything to like.

Might be a great hotel but in my eyes the guy who runs it is a greedy, inhuman person. I had to cancel due to a war that started in my country. People around me are getting murdered and killed and this person tells me "Cancel the reservation and I might refund" just to immediately after the cancelation letting me know that he won't refund me but sure resell the exact same room and make X2 profit over victims of war that can't leave their country. As an amazing hotel as you might have you must first and foremost be human

Amazing place. Everything is new and works perfectly. James in reception was super nice and helpful. location is perfect too close to Sol , Atocha Anb barrio letras. We came 3 adults and 1 kid and accomodation worked out very well.

Excellent service and rooms. Must stay here it is in the center of the city. Magic Madrid . Food amazing and tasty everywhere restaurants and bars. Awesome drinks and nice people all over the city. Multiple beautiful places to visit. Sangrias and mojitos so fresh in every bar. Best City destinations easy to access from this hotel location. Hotel staff very friendly and attentive. Awesome price for family of 4 beautiful cozy room. Five stars for sure. Hotel owner James very helpful and kind.
