I have been there for one week. The rooms are very nice and clean. Very good for that price. The service and the location were also very great. The only thing is that you can hear some sound from the rooms next to you. Overall all nice and tidy

Great hotel overall, the lobby is very nice and it’s convenient to get to from the train station. My biggest complaint is that there is literally no soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear everything our neighbours were saying and when they slammed their door (which they did throughout the night) it was so, so loud.

Room clean, staff, helpful. Facilities poor. I used the hotel in October - different room - the TV was not working. Very complicated instructions which did not match what came onto the screen. Same problem in October. Had friends who stayed in March - they had the same problem. Staff apologised but said it was a general problem in all the rooms and that it had been reported to management. Seems that Management can't be bothered to fix it. No discount offered. I like the location of the Armory because its very close to the friends I visit, but I like to watch TV in the evening and the morning so next time I will try another hotel. Other problems: Safe was faulty as it was in my other room in October. Paper towel cover kept flying off every time you took out a towel, bed not secure and moved about when you got in and out. Sign of poor customer care that you still have not fixed the TV problem after all this time. the staff could not give me a guarantee that it would be working in the future. Foot note: They asked me to write a review for them via an email. I wrote the above but when I pressed submit the review was could not be sent - the review page was not working like their TV's!

Overall its a great hotel. Better than most 3 star hotels. It's well located. The service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Parking is available for 23 euro a day. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The only major thing we didn't like was the bathroom door. The door is half transparent. We're 5 years married but still don't want to watch each other sitting on the toilet. It made us feel uncomfortable.

Great room, great stuff 💜 We would definettly come back here, cause we felt great. The breakfast is also a great option if you wanna start the day with energy and visit Belgium. The location is close to everything 🔥 Things to improve : * the Coffee at breakfast, it was not good, ar least we couldnt drink it. *The bathroom transparent door, near the toilet, so often mentioned in the reviews. It's kind of weird and I do not understand its purpose.
