Super nice staff, very close to the train station so perfect if you want to day trips to other cities. The rooms are okay, have everything you need and at least being high up the noise from the street was no bother at all. Room had some stains but nothing unpleasant, and was generally kept clean, cleaning service came by every day. The foyer service helped us find some items we forgot in our room, was very kind and pleasant in general. City centre and landmarks in walking distance, easily reachable. Definitely recommend!

Non smoking room is not accurate. Walked into room and it stunk of cigarette smoke. Causing a mild asthma attack. There was a blood stain on my pillow and the supposed clean sheets had yellow stains on them. Location was great Thank you for the response. However housekeeping should be checking the rooms and ensuring they are not booked until room is clean and free of smoke smell. I also note that you did not address the blood stain on the pillow or the stains n the sheets

A clean room with excellent staff. Unfortunately only discovered the bed was heavily drooping in the middle after midnight when I got in so didn’t have the best night sleep. They could do with replacing the beds. The shower was powerful but again the shower head could do with replacement. Other than those issues, we had a pleasant stay. We were able to charge our EV at the QPark next door overnight too. Very convenient location.

This hotel is like a very old museum, When you come in there is no lobby or something just a desk and a elevator. I tool 2 rooms and the beds are so uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep there the staff are trying to help you but every thing is the answer sorry I can't help you, I wouldn't recommend it it for anyone there are much better ones for around the same price in the neighborhood
