Absolutely beautiful hotel. Cannot fault it all. Brand new, gorgeous pool, sparkling clean room with all amenities (AC, biggest bed I’ve ever seen), fully stocked minibar. Staff are friendly and professional. Everything was well explained to us including which minibar items are complimentary. There is no smell as mentioned by previous reviews, only the lovely smell of plants in the garden. Cannot recommend it high enough, excellent value for money.

An Bang Superior Villa is a newer villa in Hoi An. It‘s located in the cute fishing village An Bang, close to the famous An Bang Beach. The architecture is modern, clean and has a lot of space. The villa consists of two houses, that’s unusual but somehow modern. The big and green garden is an absolute highlight and a very calming spot. The interior design is modern and everything looks very lifestyle. The rooms have a bigger size and standard equipment plus some extras, the rooms really stand out compared to other hotels. The staff is friendly, helpful and speaks English, everybody is smiling, that’s a good sign. Complimentary fruits were brought to our room, that was very nice and a birthday cake for my wife as well. That is what I call great service. Wifi is available throughout the house at a good speed. All in all a good hotel where you get what you expect and I would come stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Stressful experience from start to finish! To start they gave us wrong sort of room and tried to charge us more for the room that we had booked. For our 3 night stay they gave us our choice room for only 2 nights and made it seem like they were doing us a big favour. The shower only ran scolding hot water and we had to ring maintenance every 5 minutes to fix something or to simply give us the remote for the tv. They told us we could have 2 waters a day for free then tried to charge us for them at check out because they were cold. The whole place is lovely and has got so much potential but felt like a place that didnt know what they were doing or how to run a hotel. So many other options in the area for the same or even a lesser price. Don't stay here!

It was a wonderful stay in An Bang. It was away from the hustle bustle of the tourist center and close to the beach which made it so relaxing. The staff was wonderful, they went above and beyond for us. We had a very early flight, and they even packed us a breakfast to go. They also had bikes available which were really great to ride into Hoi An. I recommend this hotel.
