Clean room, great service. Good location to Disneyland. Staff was friendly and helpful. We needed to extend our stay and were able to. We asked to borrow an umbrella and they found one for us. We also asked for plastic cutlery and paper plates and were able to give us some. Very nice. Thank you guys! Can’t beat the price! Cost efficient for family on a budget. Kids loved the bunk beds. Thank you!

Do NOT stay here. You will definitely regret it. The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the distance to Disneyland but there are plenty of other hotels that would be worth looking into. Do not waste your time with this one. First off when you walk to your room the hallways and rooms smell very musty. The room was dirty and the pictures that they post online are completely different than what you end up getting. The employees never answered their phone which I had to use my cell phone to call because the room phone wasn’t even working. Then they charge ridiculous “resort fees” which they don’t even tell you about. This place isn’t even a resort - why are you charging resort fees? This place is a scam just trying to get more money from you and it’s obvious that the manager doesn’t care about the negative reviews. There are clearly plenty and nothing being done about it. This place is definitely an “inn” not a “suite” so don’t get your hopes up. Spend your money on better quality hotels down the street with actual customer service. Never again.

I booked this room and then read the reviews the day before we arrived. We had a wonderful experience. Our room was so nice. The lobby is so nice and inviting as well. The girl who helped us was so incredibly nice and informative. We had the choice of several great parking options as well as the option to park in the garage. We stayed in a room with a bunk bed and that was awesome. The walk to the park was so quick and easy. I am super picky about where I stay and I loved it here!

Good location for Disneyland and decent rooms, but our a/c in our room didn’t work AT ALL. My friend, me, and our 2 year olds were sweating ALL NIGHT. We were told at check out that we should’ve called maintenance (at 10pm??) to fix it, because their a/c system is old and a switch has to be flipped for it to work again.. Next time I’ll spend a little more money on a hotel that has working a/c

I can’t say enough to stay away from this dump. The pictures of this room online are a whole scam. Upon check in the African American woman at the front desk was being extremely rude to a guest who only spoke Spanish. We originally booked a family suite with a king bed, pull out bed and bunk beds. We are a family of 9 and 2 of us are toddlers and could share the bottom bunk. We got in our room and immediately notice it’s extremely hot in our room and our bathroom lights weren’t working correctly. They were practically out but very dim. We called the front desk and the same woman answered with a very passive aggressive tone and said she’d send someone. We also asked for extra towels and she expressed that we were asking for too many towels because our room was only meant for 7 people, not 9. We told her we had 2 small toddlers and she said it didn’t matter and that we needed to rent another room. If the family room was meant for 7 people, why was there only 4 towels in this room? Makes zero sense. After going to speak with her in person because she refused to answer the phone after we hung up, we were forced to rent a second room and spend another $400. Our original room continued to have light issues in the bathroom after they “fixed” it the first time. I would absolutely spend more and get a better hotel with much friendlier customer service and up to date rooms that have functioning amenities.
