We had a great stay at Anamnesis Spa for our honeymoon. Staff were fantastic, super accommodating and helped keep our holiday stress free & special. Location is great for access to Fira and bus terminal. Cannot recommend this place enough.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anamnesis! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The housekeeping team has such an amazing attention to detail, and we came back to our room every day with it looking better than the last. It is in an excellent location, a short walk to the Fira Town Centre, lots of restaurants, and the island's bus station making it very easy to see the rest of Santorini. The hotel offers massages (~80€) which were very relaxing. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit to Santorini.

We absolutely loved our stay at Anamnesis! The staff was AMAZING, they were so friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. They gave wonderful recommendations and booked reservations and excursions for us. Breakfast was great, our room was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for our itinerary. We loved our balcony and had a wonderful view of the ocean and a blue domed church. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay - lovely room with (almost) everything we needed, lovely sea view, peaceful and although a 10 minute walk from the main town area, quiet and still kept away from the hustle and bustle/ rush of town. Thank you for the gluten free items on request for breakfast. Arie at the hotel reception was an excellent host, very warm and welcoming, helpful and enthusiastic. Only thing missing from the room was a bottle of water - these can be purhased but I feel could be included with the room. Otherwise we only wish we stayed longer than the night we booked - good value for when we booked too

The hotel is nice, clean, very close to the caldera, has helpful staff, and great value for money. The reason for my average review is that around 10:30pm on the second night of our stay, the electricity went out, meaning no air conditioning in July, and having the door open, meaning lots of noise. We were first told that someone was coming to fix it and. An hour later, we were told to just go to sleep, that the electricity provider was aware of the problem and would fix it as soon as possible. The electricity came back at 8:10am the next morning. We asked if the hotel planned to reimburse us, in part or full, for the night and were told no but were given a complimentary bottle of wine. While the outage was not the hotel's fault, it certainly was not our fault either, and the sleepless and extremely uncomfortable night on our vacation is a hard pill to swallow in exchange for an 8 euro bottle of wine.
