Perfect hotel for anyone who wants to explore the island from Fira but still enjoy some downtime at the pool. We had an amazing 4-nights stay in early September 2023! The hotel is in a quiet area, a 10 minute walk (no sidewalk, but really manageable) from the bus station and the center of Fira. All the ladies at the front desk were kind and very helpful, they even booked us a great table for a sunset dinner. The pool is amazing, with plenty of umbrellas! We relaxed every afternoon and there was rarely more than six guests at a time around the pool. The room was simple and clean. We loved the breakfast options (different pastries everyday, eggs and bacon/sausage, yogurt, variety of bread, spreads, fruits, nuts, cheese and cold meats). We would go back in a heartbeat and we will strongly recommend Anatoli Hotel to friends and family who plan on visiting Santorini!

A beautiful hotel about a 10 minute walk from Central Fira with such wonderful, warm, friendly and helpful staff. Nothing is too much and the friendliness is very welcoming. The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots to offer and vegan options on request which were very much appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave, if we were to visit Santorini again, we'd definitely stay here.

My sister and I stayed there for 4 days this past week, and we LOVED IT! The staff was really nice and accommodating (shout out to Eli at the bar who was so nice and chatted with us every time we went to order and really held it down when my sister hurt her foot and was so sweet!). The food was good, the spa was GREAT. Very close to the center if you wanna walk and explore. I could go on and on about the place. We're planning on going back to Santorini again in a couple of years and would definitely stay here again.

I booked a 5-night stay and told them I was arriving late. The morning after my first night I received an email telling me that my stay was cancelled because I hadn't turned up. I contacted them and told them I was on site and would like to take advantage of the other 4 nights, but they told me it wasn't possible and even worse they asked me to pay an extra 360€ to stay in their hotel!!!! Disgraceful, believe me I'm not going to stop there, I paid for 5 nights, I don't mind paying for the first night but it's unacceptable not to reimburse me for the rest of the nights IF YOU'RE the one who cancels my reservation and I didn't ask for anything... flee!
