The hotels service staffs are the highlight. They are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff during the night was very accommodating to my late check in quickly and made it a pleasant experience for me. During the day I had to make a refund process due to some urgent matters and the staff Norasyikin and Shanggari assisted me throughout the process and were very helpful. Overall this hotels room are relatively clean and smells good. Has excellent service staff and I would definitely revisit this place. Value for money.

Firstly, the parking here is horrendous. Limited car park for hotel guest at all. You have to pay rm10 for the car park as well even though you are the guest. Not complimentary sadly. The tight space of parking require some manoeuvring around expertly especially if you have bigger or longer car. Check-in was a breeze though. There’a automated machine for check in. We request additional key earlier but was not given as they say the key access won’t be used for the power as well. So that is good. One of the lift don’t have indications or sign showing where the gym or the swimming pool. So I got lost when I was on the way to the gym. The gym is small and you have to get the key from the reception. I was using the treadmill and it was working fine. Rooms was also comfy. Got mini fridge, security saving deposit box, drinking water boiler. Coffee, tea, soap, toothbrush is complimentary as well as two bottle of water. Had a good early rest here without any disturbance in the evening. Can consider this place if I ever do that run again.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. Their staff is so unwelcoming and you have to call at least 3-4 times to get a simple amenity kit. Their prices and the lobby are on-par with a 5* hotel whereas the rooms are bellow 3*. There’s dust and rust everywhere, and the bed linens were visibly stained. The only good thing about the hotel is the location.

My tour operator booked a single premium room for my stay in Malaysia in this hotel. The front desk, maintenance staff etc are really horrible. They do not understand English at all. In my room, the lights were not working. I had to call the front desk repeatedly for around 6 to 7 times to get it repaired. Secondly, when they make the room ready for a guest, they do not even check if toiletries are there or not. I had nothing in the bathroom just empty bottle of body wash, no brush toothpaste nothing! Their restaurant serves the breakfast in a buffet spread in the morning. If you are Indian, you may end up eating just a bread and butter or eggs. The egg counter doesn't have anything like cheese or ingredients they mentioned at its desk. Overall i would just rate this hotel 3 stars as I had to loose my control in dealing with the issues of my room.

At the price I am paying, I was rather suprised with how good the room and amenities available. All previous review mentioned there's no sighting of pool. I believe they had just added one. Supposed to check in at 2pm. We had requested for early check in, however due to no room available, need to wait for standard time; 2pm. However, upon trying to check in at 2pm we were told there's still no room available and had to wait till 230. Now you figure why i rate the service at 3 star. Went to the small cafe, felt like we were treated like a beggars as we were rushed to make order as if we were acquiring theur precious space there. Nevertheless, I chose not to make a mountain out of a molehill. Finished my coffee and croffle and went to check in and were directed to the self check in service kiosk. Took a while for me to locate the pool. Please put a label. Its on the second floor.
