Great stay with beach front room on private beach. Staff are great, breakfast was on point and I’d definitely rebook this hotel. Room and hotel had everything we needed. It can be tough getting a cab but the location is worth it.

Beautiful private beach with a lovely sunset. You can walk from the shore into the Sea for a distance. The Sea is just beside the hotel. The water is clear and the sand is fine. Waves can be fun. Rooms are facing the Sea, but the views are partially blocked by trees. Nice breakfast. There is a lot of stairs, as it is built against a hill. No lifts or escalators. No smart TV in my room. If you have 3 people in a room, the third bed would be a thin mattress laid on a bench in the corner. More suitable for a child. Also, if you have friends or small children, there is a privacy problem, as the sliding toilet doors in my room has wide gaps by the side of the doors, allowing others to look into the toilet from the side of the doors. The toilet doors has no locks. There is a separate bathtub and shower facilities in the toilet. The sliding doors for the bedroom can only be locked by turning both handles downwards and after that, turning a knob anti-clockwise. Need to check that it is locked. Need to deposit a 1000 baht in cash for each room. You can travel by car on a hilly route to Bang Tao from the hotel, about 6 to 7 km away for shopping, a Friday night market along Boat Avenue, or to try a wider variety of restaurants. Naithon beach is nearby, and there are some shops and restaurants along the beach. Sometimes, you could hear loud noises from some cars driving past on a route in front of the hotel. The route is behind the rooms.

The nature is superb, while the services don't meet the standards. If you are looking for serenity in one of the most beautifully sandy beaches in Phuket, then this is the place to be. The property is surrounded by a private beach, mountains, and jungle. You can also admire the sunset from here every day which is a real privilege. However, the service of the place doesn't match the standards of its beautiful nature, price, and stars that it represents. The food in the restaurant is quite average and not exciting. The breakfast buffet has quite limited options also. The room is a little old-fashioned and needs to be more well-maintained and clean. If you stay in a beachfront villa, you should also be aware of the humidity from the ocean air which can be a little annoying. Staffs are friendly; however, I am not convinced that they will do their best to ensure you have a good time here.

Please read these feedback before booking. The best on this hotel is for sure the really great beach and clear water. That’s it. Really bad condition are the rooms - and as many guests before us already mentioned … high priced not really good food, bad service beside the man at the waterfront and the baggage service. As you have not option to rent a motorbike you can’t get away. Airport taxi costs 600 THB instead of normal 250-300 THB. As we left early they offered us a breakfast box to take away but it wasn’t handed over and ready in the morning. Instead of all the great and pleasant service we experienced throughout our stays in several hotels - the exceptional service - this place here is the high priced trap hotel you should not stay. The room was so crooked that my suitcase was running alone … and the door of the bathroom couldn’t be closed… All in. Don’t stay here.
