The hotel is good, great landscape. The rooms are clean, the bed is big, smart allocation of space. The air condition is working fine. The breakfast is the highlight, very good, fresh fruits, varied, no fresh juices, except the vegetable ones. In order to get to the beach, you have approx. 100 stairs (no problem, is healthy :). No private beach, no sun chairs on the beach. The water is clean and there are a lot of restaurants and street massage studios.

Everything was perfect, from the airport pick up and easy check in. Luggage whisked away and in the room by the time we got there. The rooms are extremely large and very comfortable. The cleaner came daily to make the bed and clean the room (she was an absolute delight). The location is fantastic, with a short walk to beautiful Naithon beach, which has plenty of local restaurants; although the buffet breakfast (insane) and the hotel restaurants where extremely high quality and wish we hadn't waited until the last night to try the gorgeous Italian restaurant. The gym was very impressive for a hotel gym and we used the steam in the top pool bathroom daily. The top pool with the margarita bar was a true highlight, an amazing oasis looking out over the ocean. All the staff were incredible and a big thanks to Brett and his team; they made the two weeks one of the most enjoyable family vacations we have had. We can't wait to return. 5/6 stars all round.

My stay at this luxury hotel - 15 min drive to Phuket airport was fantastic. The customer service was exceptional, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The breakfast was not only delicious but also a highlight of my mornings. With two distinct restaurants offering diverse menus, dining options were superb. The rooms were not only lovely but also impeccably clean, adorned with thoughtful decor. However, a minor hiccup was the bed feeling slightly damp, likely due to the humidity, and the air conditioning in the room could use some adjustment. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was delightful, making it a memorable and enjoyable stay. Several pools available. Nice gym. Easy access to an amazing beach.
