Has the potential to be a wonderful hotel however was certainly not worth the price I paid! Inattentive staff. Bottles were not filled with water every day as advertised so when I went to the restaurant to refill the head of the kitchen was rude and said it was not permitted despite the fact the bottles were not filled every day. Stray dogs barking and walking around the hotel. At the last minute they cancelled the free shuttle service on New Years Eve and New Year's Day saying the road was blocked but I managed to pay for a taxi without any problems. Room cleaning was not well done, bed sheets were ripped. Water pressure when showering was often low. The breakfast they had didn't look to healthy... I wanted to try the salad but they left it uncovered and flies were around it. All in all just a terrible service was so happy to leave.

We (my mom and i) really enjoyed staying here. Its run by (very smiley and hyperactive) women. Hotel is very well designed, clean and you can chill in almost all areas filled with comfy seatings and low background music giggling your ear constantly. Since its not at the center and surrounded by trees and nature, hotel is perfectly quiet. There are 3 beautiful dogs wondering around without giving any trouble to anyone :) (i personally would like to see cats too) There s a free shuttle to the beach and back many times during the day. Pool design is really cool, there are seatings in the pool allows you spend more time there also jakuzi and kids part also available. Rooms are very spacious and well designed. Love showers especially, water tap is a beautiful touch makes you feel you re in nature. Balcony is big and comfy to chill. We didnt use it but there s also a bathtub. Staff are helpful and smily. Overall it was a great experience but i have some recommendations also. -fridge and aircon in the room were very loud. They feel even louder since hotel is very quiet. I suggest to update them. -pool water burned my eyes when i swim, i dont know why. Maybe a professional check would identify the problem. Value/money definitely worth. 👌

We loved staying. We had a warm welcome and were very attentive. Fluent English, helped us with all our doubts. The breakfast is very tasty and has a vegetarian option. For lunch and dinner, there are several options as well. Ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy the city. Easy to take a grab and tuktuk. The resort also offers transfers at different times. We highly recommend it!

The attention of the staff is very bad, they are not helpful at all, it is far from the city center, there is no nice beach nearby, I definitely do not recommend it to anyone, do not be disgraced with your money. They throw too much chlorine into the pool at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and the pool is very poorly maintained. They only throw medicine and do not sweep it. There was a lady with glasses at the reception. The last day she said to us, "Our check-out time is past, leave the hotel." Such management cannot be ignorant...
