We stayed here during Oktoberfest 2023 and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel delivered on all points. The location is new and fresh. The room was roomy and comfortable. We loved the little window seat. On-site spa is unbelievable! The pool is absolutely gorgeous. The lobby bar is super fun with good cocktails and service. Service from the staff was outstanding. This is truly a 5-star property. Access to the center of the city is easy via taxi or public transportation. Can't wait to return.

Beautiful Hotel, spacious rooms, we loved the sofa in room next to the window with Beautiful view. The reception & breakfast staff was very courteous, helpful & efficient! Such a fantastic hotel, already looking forward to our next stay 😍

Lea, Laura, Kim and everyone at the Andaz Schwabinger Tor made us feel so warmly welcomed! The hotel is beautiful, the happy hours are lovely, and the pool and spa are wonderful after a day of exploring the city. I had a massage from Nicco (or Steven, sadly I was too relaxed to remember exactly) and it was one of the best massages I have received - great pressure and so intuitive! It is an easy U bahn ride to the city center and the neighborhood is safe and very nice. The suites are great for a family of four. Lovely views as well! We look forward to returning!

Run for the hills. This might be the worst Hyatt hotel that is part of the Andaz collection. This hotel is the farthest thing from luxury. First check and recheck your bill. Once you leave you will never get a call back from management like promised. Second the hotel staff doesn’t understand English and just says yes even though they don’t understand. The price I paid for this hotel doesn’t not match the services or the room. AC did not work Called down nobody came up. Housekeeping comes at 8 am to clean and then you tell them to come back they never do. Yes it’s only only Hyatt property in Munich but it’s not worth the price or the points. Stay somewhere else that will actually give you a luxury experience for the price point. Funny because their sister Hotel in Vienna might be the best Hotel I have ever stayed in. Management actually responds and helps guests when needed.

I had the privilege of capturing the Getting Ready moments of Jana & Leon at the Andaz. The Andaz is the perfect choice for couples who want to get ready in a cool and contemporary setting. The rooms are modern masterpieces. The architecture is sleek and sophisticated, with plenty of clean lines and high-end finishes. The staff is committed to make your wedding day as special as possible. They're there to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. For Jana & Leon they've even prepared a beautiful sweets table. If you're looking for a cool and modern place to get ready for your wedding, the Andaz is the perfect choice.
