Fantastic hotel! Wonderful service. Seriously so friendly, welcoming, & professional. Guests can text for service. Excellent guest experience. Very clean! We stayed in the Andaz Suite, which was perfect for us. Great location, right across from Ellis Square-so very dog-friendly. You can park at the attached Whitaker St parking garage (Bryan St elevators)-you can then have easy access to your vehicle without going outside. The restaurant food was very good, when you just want to stay inside or for convenience. The bar area was relaxed, yet classy. We definitely loved this hotel. The atmosphere & decor were modern, artistic, & stylish. The pool area was very nice, although too cold to use during our stay. We would absolutely return to the Andaz Savannah. (Would love to see Hyatt add more Andaz locations across the U.S.)

My husband and I stayed for three nights. Location is great. We loved walking everywhere. I am hugely disappointed because I left my jewelry pouch in the room when departing. When I realized I left it after removing it from the safe, I called the hotel. The person who answered my call did check lost and found but was very nonchalant about my loss. I asked about cleaning staff who were in the hall when we left. It was a medium sized pouch and would be very hard to miss. I was also told that even if I had not checked the safe when I left, all safes are cleaned out when guests depart. This has certainly tainted my opinion of the hotel staff.

Best location in historic district. Right at city market and Ellis Square. Staff was wonderful. Rooms are very good with comfortable beds. We didn’t have street noise. It’s much quieter than hotels on Bay St. Breakfast was a La carte and very good. Kareem and Edwin at the front door were top notch. Check in staff were very helpful and friendly. Use the concierge for discounted tickets. Both concierges were great. We will definitely return to Andaz. Highly recommend.

The room was a little smaller than I expected but it was adequate for a solo trip. The room was immaculately and even though I stayed directly across from the elevator there was no noise or disturbances. The staff was friendly and informative. I also appreciate the wide variety of free drinks. It was refreshing not to be nicked and dined during my stay. Parking was a breeze. Although there is valet, there is a parking deck within a quick walking distance for less than 20 bucks overnight.

Loved my stay at this hotel! The location can't be beat, and the amenities were great. The complimentary water and apple juice were amazing after a hot day in Savannah. The stairwell has a lovely mural between the first and second floor. Parking Tip: If you don't mind forgoing valet, the Whitaker Street parking deck is only a short walk from the hotel entrance. We only paid ~$45 to park for four days (during the week, not weekend prices).
