The hotel managers are a Turkish family who don't have the skills to run a hotel. Everything is mediocre, we were all sick during our stay because of the humidity in the room. Windows don't open, no heating, there are large traces of damp on the ceiling and mold on the walls. Not worth the price we paid. The breakfast was very poor, everything was from the day before, even the eggs and the bread.. no coffee machine, only instant coffee and tea. And please update your Images on Google Maps and booking because it looks not the same in real life at all.

Honestly when I first stepped into this place I was surprised how nice it looked. But once I saw the room and the shower it felt like I was in a gulag. The room was Infested with cockroaches and the shower was a cave with no light. The breakfast was mid with off tomatoes being served which was disgusting!!

Terrible experience at this hotel, cockroaches and ants all over my room, toilets that don't flush and poor communication from the hotel staff, I understand this is a 3 star hotel, I'm not expecting a perfect experience, but at the very least basic hygeine principles should be adhered to and the staff should do their best to listen to feedback, both of which did not happen.
