They were very welcoming. warm. nice. They gave us so much tea and coffee we almost exploded. it was great. almost the entire staff speak english almost fluent. they also speak other languages (arabic, russian, etc)

Very friendly yet professional staff great hospitality and spirits all around and they speak good english too room is clean and a working cold AC when it’s needed . I had a wonderful experience thank you friends of modena hotel ❤️

Absolutely unbelievable staff! We had to leave early, but manager offered us he makes breakfast at 6am! He made it, moreover, he brought us many more things that usual. The price of the hotel is also very good, location is perfect. All fantastic. 10/10 overall!

The owners were very rude and didn't accommodate what we booked for and we was told to deal with it. Bathrooms were disgusting and broken, very cramped bedroom space and pictures were very misleading. My friends bed had a cockroach on it. Highly don't recommend, book elsewhere to save hassle. The are also affiliated with bad men who run the yellow taxi service outside, they tried scamming and fighting us, we was felt uneasy. I then booked an Uber to avoid them and they happend to do Uber aswell.. So they cancelled my ride and then told me I have to pay double the Uber price to go to my destination as we didn't have any other services to go to our destination. Completely avoid!

Unfortunately during our visit to Istanbul we stayed at another hotel. But we decided to have a festive dinner at the restaurant of this hotel on March 8th and did not regret it. Very tasty cuisine and attentive to the details, friendly manager created a great mood and nice atmosphere. This was our last night in Istanbul and it went great! After such an evening, we decided that on our next visit we will definitely stay at this hotel and will recommend it to all our friends! Thanks a lot! The meals were delicious and it was very pleasant to spend time in your restaurant!
