One of the best hotels I've stayed in for some time, particularly due to the staff, they were so genuinely friendly and attentive. My flight landed very early in the morning; the hotel allowed me to freshen up and even had my room ready a couple of hours early. The design of the hotel itself is beautiful and grand, inside and out. The room was spacious and the bed really comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection. My only complaint (and the reason I only gave 4/5 stars) was the pool area was sadly closed for approx. 2 weeks, so I couldn't use the pool at all during my stay (which I was really looking forward to and one of the main reasons I booked!). It seems like an odd time to do maintenance over a busy New Year holiday period and it was also not flagged prior to arrival. They did offer to transport guests to a sister hotel pool, but that pool was small and shady and had considerable construction work going on right next door.

Terrific boutique hotel that is excellent value for money with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Standard rooms are not large but has everyone you would need. Best part are the super comfortable beds and excellent water pressure in the showers. Honestly, it's all I ever need in a city hotel. Breakfast was alright - could be improved with better selections. Do note the coffee is super nice. Room service was a surprising delight. After a disappointing meal a highly rated Riverside establishment, came back to order spaghetti Bolognese and French fries. The spaghetti was delicious and fries are exactly what they should be - crispy yet fluffy on the inside.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. It genuinely looks exactly like the pictures. The staff were all so kind and attentive. The beds were very comfortable and the views of the city from the room were great. The rooftop pool and bar was an absolute highlight.

We were not only impressed by the hotel but we also were here on Christmas of 2024 - let me say I don’t think there is a better place to spend it! The entire rooftop was decorated with lights and the food was exquisite. Of special note, our bartender Nara was a premier mixologist. He waited our table and made us some of the best cocktails around. Nara, our concierge, and the beautfiul hotel made for an excellent stay, highly recommend!!
