Staff was nice and the location but that's about it. We asked to change rooms 2 times, should have checked first. First one was a smokers room, smelt so bad was as if the person smoking was still smoking in the room, if you don't mind smell of smoke np Second room, smelled like something was decomposing, my gf and I gagged when I walked in, third, some mouldy smell. Didn't notice it until we for in, after 13 hours of travelling we just wanted to rest, woke up this morning, mouse poo on the window frame. This is not you get what you pay for, this is horrible

I've stopped at the Asia Hotel maybe 4 or 5 times over the years. I never had a problem there. What do you expect for $20 or $25 a night? A good location, and the staff are friendly enough. I will be travelling to Phnom Penh in February '24 and will probably stay there again.

Slept in a clean and cozy 2 bed room. It was nice as I was traveling with a friend. . Breakfast served as early as 7 AM, the varieties are good and delicious. . Recommended for those not fussy on accommodation luxuries.

Asia Hotel corner of St 136 and Monivong Boulevard. Stayed a week in April '23. Clean room and bathrooms, good size for the price, plumbing works fine, staff is helpful and motivated, room appliances work, housekeeping is efficient, outsourced laundry is inexpensive and fast. Asian oriented breakfast buffet. Convenient and safe location very close to restaurants, convenience stores, market, shopping mall, bus and long distance taxi stations. ATMs nearby. Am an old guy, walked around a lot, always felt safe. Getting around with Grab/PassApp ride hailing is easy. Value for money. Will return to stay again.
