That was a great stay in a great place! Location is really good - just in the city center, but at the quite quiet street. The owners are super heplful and nice and the communication with them is a real pleasure - top of the tops, cannot find words to appreciate them! We have booked two rooms for our family and both of them were nice, cosy and clean. This one star in 'minus' is just for the size of the shower cabin in on of the bathrooms - it was so small, that even a person of 164cm/60kg was finding difficulties to shower :) But the other room's bathroom was fine.

For the price this ticked all the boxes. Good location near main station, decent breakfast, good spacious clean rooms, and friendly hosts. What else does a traveller need for a couple of night.

The room was not superior as described. The shower cubicle and bathroom was tiny. Couldn't move in the shower cubicle. A lot of noise from inside where the doors were slammed including from the street when bins were collected, traffic noise. The breakfast is unmentionable as it was all packaged and stale. The only positive was that it was very close to the central station and the metro.

It is managed by Anna and her family (as you can imagine by the name). They were always very friendly and kind, giving all the necessary information about Naples and what to visit and how. The breakfast is abundant, the coffee is excellent! The rooms were cleaned every day. I give 5 stars for the cleaning. The position is excellent, very near to the Garibaldi metro station and the Naples Central Station. I can only recommend you this place if you want to feel like home when visiting Naples. Surely I will return to Naples and stay at theirs!!!

Very good location with many restaurants nearby. Very nice owners, the maid cared about cleaning, but she always threw me a bottle of water to the room - cold in the rooms, heating in the air conditioning did not work well, hot water in the shower after five minutes and shower very small, wifi had no signal, the door was difficult they closed and everything could be heard through the walls.
