Great location. All the ammenities listed are includes, but do not expect high quality (see below: pans, hairdryer, etc.). Now unfortunately our bad part of the experience: We arrived late, 2 at night, because our flight got delayed. We were told again and again (also in chat) that we can check in anytime. When we arrived, there is no one. Mind you, it was HOT in this room/‘lobby’ and very late. We can’t call because of our phone plans and can’t message them. We stay there in the dark for 10 minutes and knock some windows for a turkish speaking only, very odd behaving (drunk-like) man to come and use google translate to speak to us. We get a ‘temporary?’ room for the night and confused we go to sleep. Then he calls our appartment doorbell multiple times and knocks… he keeps doing this for minutes… we go to the door (which we barricaded with a doorstopper and fridge) and say hello to hear back single creepy words like Hello and Entry… we had to open the door cause he kept going and he wanted to confirm our booking (which we had already shown him multiple times the first time around). We showed him the booking overview again. Later the next day we are forced to wait until 10:00 to ‘check-in’ but this lady said she cannot find our booking. Then she just sortof accepts and just goes to charge our creditcard, nothing via Booking whatsoever. On top of this: some things in the room are dirty. There were things in our fridge from someone, pans to cook in are dirty and very very old/rusty/bend. When we asked for a brush or alike to clean dishes with they say we can buy outside (ourselves)… the dish brush thing that was there was dirty and was full of food rests of someone on it. When we showed the lady this she told us (coming across a bit arrogantly): its clean, come on. Only 1 item in fridge? Come on! Only 1 thing… what an attitude for a host. We didn’t even think about asking for toilet paper or shampoo or even soap cause they have nothing… no kettle, the pans just work horrible and were dirty. The hairdryer had to be asked for, and was foldable and about 50grams in weight and size. It only had 1 stand: cold and with very limited airflow. There was a constant pungent and nasty smell from a drain in the toilet. The watertaps (all, including shower) can only be turned on slightly or FULL ON (way too much water to even put something beneath it). Shower controls are almost hanging out of the wall and the sink’s tap is just loose. Staff is literally smoking in the ‘reception area’. We don’t expect something like a full refund because it wasn’t that bad but we definitely expect a part back for that horrible horror night and the overall bad experience.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to down town Need to take short stairs first before elevator Rooms are the same as photos, clean and smell good, they provide extra blankets and working desk Cons: The only thing to worry is they don’t provide soap/body wash and shampoo which I never experienced ever before, I asked for it but the guy told me no - very strange! But they do have hand wash and dish soap tho.
