I’ve stayed in many APA hotels but this so dirty… The room is very dusty and I noticed there was pink mould in the bathroom. The cleaners need to bleach the bath tub!!! I also found many hair on the bed and pillows so I requested my bed to be changed. However after it got changed, I still found hair !!!!! Please wash your pillows and sheets !! The front desk staff was very nice about it but I’m really disappointed with the poor hygiene.

Everything about this hotel is 5 stars. Friendly staff, great location, rooms are super clean and bed is comfy as can be. I will make sure to stay here every future trip I take to Tokyo. Best experience in any hotel I've had in Japan. A+++. Truly magnificent.

It was a nice experience overall. Nice and friendly staff, my room was compact yet nice with a bathroom and a large, comfortable bed. Although it has no breakfast place, I could book a room with breakfast included in the price since there's another Apa Hotel just a few steps away with a great breakfast place. Although you can only choose from three different breakfast sets, they were all delicious, also the staff working there were very kind. Maybe my only complaint is the place - the closest JR lines where you can use Japan Rail Pass are half an hour by foot (Asakusabashi and Ueno stations), but the Tokyo Metro isn't that expensive either, also many sights are close like the Kaminarimon gate, the Sensoji temple and the Skytree. Would definitely go here again next time, though!
