I would have given them a higher review, but the lift access each day during checkout time was bad, and on my final day it was 30+ minute wait to get downstairs. They should consider staggered checkout times and stair access for those without luggage. The microwave, vending machine and washing machine are on the ground floor, so you have to use the lift for them too. My room was a smokers room. I was unaware and couldn't swap to non smoking, but there was no smell anyway. The window in my room could not be opened, for emergencies only. Bed was comfy. Had a fridge, international power point, usb charger near bed. The desk was handy. Small room to be expected, I would have loved more hanging space or drawer for clothes. You can check washing machine is available on TV before going to use. Staff were able to assist in english. There isn't lots near it, but train stations are close. I recommend life supermarket nearby. The heating lets you set a temperature, but just ignores it, and after an hour, it gets so hot you have to turn it off.

My husband and I stayed here for over a week and we had a great time. The room is much smaller than normal hotel rooms in the US, however it had everything we needed. If you are an adventurer and don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room, then you should book right away! Very reasonable pricing. The plugs were US comparable, the shower had hot water, and the storage under the bed was helpful for large suitcases. The hotel was lit nicely all hours of the day and night, there was always someone at the front desk, they were kind enough to use a translating app to make sure all of our questions were answered. Easy check in and check out process. Free wifi in the hotel, and we ate out however the hotel had a small place to eat with many options in the lobby area. They also had a laundry area, and if you need more laundry space there is a place 12 steps from the front. They also hold your luggage if your flight is later in the day and you want to see a few more things before you leave. For those who will use public transport there is a subway station 4 mins around the corner and a larger station about 10 mins away. Would stay here again on my next trip!

Place was quite far from the usual tourist attractions, except for Senso-ji temple which was a few stations away. Almost all bars and restaurants nearby close very early. The rooms were tiny, albeit very clean. Airconditioning was well controlled with quite accurate temperature control. The restrooms are tiny but very clean. Everything you need is provided for, including Japan’s legendary toilet seats. Everything works perfectly. Water pressure is strong, and the mirror is even heated! Iron and iron rack/table is also available and is stored near the elevator. There is a complementary ice machine at the ground floor, and a typical Japanese vending machine. There are two nearby train stations, one about a 3 minute walk, and another for about 8 minute walk. Checkout literally took just 1 second! Just drop your card key on their express checkout “box” and you are good to go!

The hotel has nice and accommodating staff who can answer to your requests and english questions well. The room is clean with enough ammenities - bathrobes, hairdryer, small ref, slippers. They have mandatory room cleaning every Sunday but in other days, you can opt to put a tag on the door to skip cleaning. Still, they will hang the replaceable supplies - bathrobe, tea, towels, toothbrush in a package through the outside door knob. Bathroom is small as usual but the water temperature is well customizable. Looks new as well with shelf and multipe hooks to hang clothes. The location is two train rides away from Narita Airport unless you walk around 20 min to/from Ueno for an express train. Still, there are train stations 5-10 min walk from the hotel if you wish to go to other areas in Tokyo! The highlight for me is the breakfast which is worth the money. Chef and staff are nice and quick. You have a choice of 1 out of 5 main dishes everyday. You can get side dishes, miso soup and brewed coffee/tea/juice from the buffet table.

Rooms are super tight and small. Can barely move around. Customer service is horrible. No proper turn over of inquiries or concern from one staff to another. No follow through on committed action (ex. Call back or email on inquiry)Not empathic to customers at all. Most are trainees. Bed not comfy. Had to just book to another hotel because of this horrible experience and service. Will never go back here again.
