Great experience hotel with all the services that you need! Clean and well maintained rooms. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is there. Fast WIFI. Movies are also available for free access. Reasonable price. Staffs are very helpful and can communicate in English.

only took 10 minutes to the train station, there are plenty of local restaurants and convenient stores nearby. self check out is such a good idea.

The staff is well mannered and very respectful. The rooms are good but not that big. The service is as stated by the hotel is a 3 star service hotel, and they will clean the room after your third day of arrival.

Horrible. We were not allowed to check-in. We are a family of 4 and my wife is Japanese. I made the booking with my credit card and when I failed to bring my passport (I left it at my in-laws house) we could not check in, and they wouldn’t let my Japanese wife rebook the room. Nowhere on the booking site did it say please present your passport upon check-in. Fortunately, the SuperHotel around the corner had no problem accepting us. I’ll choose the SuperHotel every time from now on.

This APA location is sooooo nice! It also has an Onsen which was fantastic. Not all APA locations have Onsen so that was a huge treat. The restaurant here beats all the other APA Hotel locations that I’ve stayed at. The staff here and the atmosphere is great. Please know, all APA hotel rooms are rather small but this one was slightly bigger than most. Join their membership as you can get early checkin and late checkout when you’re a member. Ask them for a coupon to use on your next visit. Most hosts speak English, however always have your Google Translate ready if you have “detailed” questions.
