Really nice hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms are quite small compared to other hotel but this is according to the APA hotels policy and its still pretty comfortable. The hotel is right next to a metro station, it has a 7Eleven at the corner of the street and even better, a family mart accessible from the second floor! No need to leave the hotel! Only downside is the sort of highway (? Fast line ?) right next to the hotel. If the noise of traffic keeps you up at night, maybe ask for a room on the other side or look elsewhere. The hotel goes up to 32 floors tho, so maybe from up there you won't hear a thing ? The view on the city is really nice too :)

This was the second time we stayed at this chain (the first one being in Tokyo) and I must say the experience was very disappointing and awful. Our reservation was cancelled. Tiny rooms with little space, staff did not speak good English, there was no place to sit at the lobby. However, the spa was great. We will never stay at this place again.

Pros: 1. Great location, 5 mins to Dotonbori and interconnected with the train station that one of the exit would open right beside hotel lobby. 2. Quiet atmosphere, friendly staff, nice amenities, a konbini within the building too. 3. Daily room cleaning. Cons: 1. Very small rooms, it was hard to move around. 2. Air-con was centrally controlled so despite of us not wanting heat at times, had to bear with that or open window for cool breeze to come in. 3. Swimming pool was closed throughout our stay of three nights in November.

Just checked in and wanted to share my experience. I asked for a quiet room when checking in, and got a room in 28F (2821) with a window that is not tight. I can see that some exhaust has slipped during time and that the window is broken. Room is good for one person, APA-style. No luggage-holder in the room is weird, need to put my dirty bag on the bedsheets. I tried fixing the leak with the towel with no success.. I hope someone at APA will contact me to fix this

Imagine you want to come relax and rest, book hotel online already BUT STILL these LAZY staffs force you to -Learn about their register machine yourself -Search your booking yourself -Fill up form of your info yourself -Fill up form for bags/belongings deposit yourself And the machines keep showing error, we had to redo 2-3 times until finally 1 good staff came to assist us. Some of the staffs have bad attitude and made annoying face too when they saw us take so long on their stupid machine. They also barely understand English. Good things : Near station. Clean. Some of staff was being helpful. Tldr, if your are non Japanese, better go other hotel.
