super smelly toilet in room. Since my parents room is next to mine and their toilet is a little smelly too. Didn’t bother to change rooms, reckon it will be smelly after switched to new rooms. Ended up bought toilet washing spray to clean them up myself… You can see dusts clearly on carpets at corridors and corners in rooms. They provided pajamas but it felt like it’s not washed freshly. Terrible hotel. We lived at level 4 btw

When you travel to Japan, you look for a place to sleep and rest. the candeo meets its criteria. rooms: very small knowing that we had the exclusive deluxe king. The bed was not comfortable but I added the extra duvet to the mattress and that helped. Beautiful city view from the room. Fortunately there was a couch, where we put our suitcases. Otherwise we would have had to sleep on it. the hotel itself is very well located in Osaka, a nearby station takes you to the main train station in Osaka. The highlight of this hotel is its on-site hot baths which are so pleasant after a long day of walking around Osaka. In short, for the price it's not the deal of the century, but the baths for me made my stay a great experience.

All the staff is so friendly and provide free locker to store our luggage. The room is quite big for us. Must see the night view at 17/F.

Very good location if you know beforehand where you are.. Not the best stay we ever had. The room were a bit dirty (especially the sofa bed). The place is always busy with group of tourists coming everytime we entered or exited the building (To be fair they only use one booth or elevator so check-in and out or going to our room was fast. The SPA was a mess with people bringing in food and beer in. Kids running and swimming around, it was really tiresome which is a shame considering the view. Overall the staff was excellent, speak proper english and tried their best to accomodate. They even gave us back the 3 night left when we decided to change hotel because the standard was too low. Overall I can't reccommend this hotel because you get a budget hotel for the price of a standing one. I really do believe the staff here is trying its best, but the management is not good.
