I had many issues while staying here. Firstly I had over $500 USD worth of clothing stolen by the staff there. This happened over time so if you are staying there KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ITEMS. Even after we filed a report absolutely nothing happened, no refund, no one apologized, literally nothing. We had food stolen often as well, fruit and yogurts mainly. I would come home to my makeup open and used by the staff as well. They absolutely invaded my privacy and did nothing about it whatsoever. If thats not already bad enough we had multiple nights without heat in the dead of winter, problems with no water from the sink and shower. Also the floors were terribly dirty and I do not think they have ever been cleaned. The kitchenette was also pretty useless my room had maybe 2 forks and a plate with no pots or pans, I know other rooms had more but that is what I was given. Safe yourself the worry and do not stay here, I spent most days panicked that I would get back to more clothes or food stolen. I wish I would have just paid more to live somewhere better because I ended up losing money anyway with most of my clothing being stolen. Also we asked for fresh towels a couple times, to which they told us they do not have any extra. Also went over a day without toilet paper and kept asking them for more and it took them forever to get. I could keep adding to the list but overall, DO NOT STAY HERE. Even after ALL of this they still asked me to leave a good review on Google... but I do not want this happening to others. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Good rooms, spacious, comfortable and with lots of natural light. It has a kitchen and a refrigerator. Space to work on a desk. It is very well located. The attention was very nice. At the reception you have a free coffee vending machine. Breakfast is okay, can be a little better.

The only redeemable thing is the location, the service is terrible, they charged us in cash because the posnet didn't work, 6 days to "get the change" they didn't get it and they returned us a ticket that was not the one we had given. The rooms without any apart hotel comfort, barely a stove and not even 2 pairs of cutlery. The cleaning was supposedly done 5 times, from beginning to end of the stay there was a piece of lint in the room that was not even moved. As if that were not enough, they stole my backpack from inside the room and did not take care of it.
