1 star because I can't give less. The bathroom trash can was full of used papers, the toilet was dirty, the half-made bed was full of hair. the dishwasher drain with food remains and as icing on the cake a basket of dirty clothes. Is this how you deliver an apartment for rent? Furthermore, after making the claim, an "Administrator" threatened me because I was a foreigner (me), and he was right (because I didn't know how things worked in Chile). Terrible experience and AirBnb was not responsible, much less this Administration.

The design of the rooms is very old, in addition they have not been in tune with the summer and the bedding, they do not give good check-out or breakfast information, the telephones do not work to call the reception and there are no towels or towels. soap in the bathrooms
